Steam Facial By Kaz

If you're a person who wears make up to just inhance a beautiful skin. Than this is what you are looking for. The steamer treats/repairs the skin by making the skin look young again. (Even if you don't eat right.) I have been using this exact steamer by kaz ever since I was 16 years old and now I am 58 years old. I am always getting compliments on my make up when I ware very little face make up. A beautiful skin and just a tiny bit of make up and a little powder makes you look like you have baby's skin again when you use this particular steamer.

I have not found no other steamer like this one by Kaz and I refuse to use any other. When I wore this steamer out, I tried others only because I could not readily fine this one. But, they didn't measure up. And, even steaming your face over a pot of calamine tea doesn't do what this steamer does.
Since Amazon seem to be a one stop shopping place, I decided to see if they had this steamer and they did. My four year drought had ended.

Now, when I go out, people are always complimenting me on my skin or my age with amazement. I am just happy I found this steamer again.

One thing I can guarantee is that you will look a lot better than you would have had you not use this product.

r. Scholl's DR6624 Toe-Touch Foot Spa with Bubbles and Massage

I was just looking for a way to get rid of the calluses on my feet, so I figured a foot spa was a good start.

I've read various reviews elsewhere about foot spas, and the Dr. Scholl came up as a favorite, so I'd figure I'd try it.

I'm not sure what people expect from foot spas, but I liked this one a lot. The unit has a lot of places to hold it, which is a big deal if you want to put water in it and move it to where you can get the thing to work. A lot of water can be VERY heavy, but you actually don't need much for this unit. There are lines on the interior for the amount, which is probably a few quarts at most.

The unit has a plastic hood thing where the touch-toe controls are located. You can turn it to massage and a very nifty bubbles massager thing. The interior where you place your feet has all these nubby things on it, where you can do a little self-massage. There are also spaces on both foot recepticles where you can place two different foot massage attachments. One has a raised cylinder that spins when you rub your feet against it; it looks like something like a small hamster wheel. That one, I didn't like because it's so high you can't rest your feet at all in the water. The rubbing action didn't help at all. There's another insert with just nubs on it, like the nubs in the bottom of the foot spa. This is much more comfortable, and does what the nubs do: a good place to rub the soles of your feet.

I used a peppermint foot bath additive that was okay (this is something I added; it's not included with the foot spa.) The additive was okay, not something I'd pay for again, but the bad thing about it was that it impeded my use of the bubble mechanism. Everytime I hit that, the peppermint stuff FOAMED up ridiculously and spilled out of the foot spa.

That's a shame, because the nicest thing about this device is that bubble mechanism. it really IS a pleasant sensation (so next time, if I add anything to the foot bath, I'll make sure it's NON-foaming!)

You have to put HOT water in this. The massage control also has a heat controller. It does NOT, as the directions say, make cold water hot. It does, however, keep hot water hotter longer. I used this for 20 minutes the first time around, and the very hot water I used was still nicely warm when I was through.

Cleaning this is a bit of a bear. The blue shield that houses the control device and helps keep the water warm is not removable. That means you have to go slinging around inside the device to wash and dry it. Just a nuisance, and not enough to turn me off this foot spa.

The cord is sufficently long, and it wraps around the elevated feet of the unit for storage.

The only other thing I'd mention is when you wash it out, be SURE to tip it almost upside down to get rid of the water. The thin blue strip that runs down the center of each of the foot areas is where the bubbles come out; that seems to hold quite a bit of water even after you're done emptying it. Just turn it over and give it a good shake, and that'll take care of it.

All in all, I'd recommend this. It's pleasant, it works well, and the softened calluses were easy for me to pumice off after a 20-minute soak.

Pearlessence Spa Mist Air Therapy Fountain Mister

Not really a toy per say, but I am really happy that I got this product. I love it so much that I got an extra one for myself and also one for my boyfriend. He always wanted something like this to help his nose which bleeds from dry air after he broke it a few years ago. This mister is ultrasonic, which creates a cool mist by means of ultrasonic sound vibrations and suspends droplets of water in the air. The mist is cool and when I put my hand to the opening all I feel is a soft, cool cloud floating up and away. I love to turn this on and relax before bed, it can also be left on as it shuts of automatically once the water levels inside are too low, so I love adding some sleep inducing oils that make me dream of green pastures and happy days. Finding fun essential oils to buy and experiment with is part of the fun, sometimes I switch it on the mist with lights and color option, and the mister glows in 6 colors ranging form green, orange, red, purple, blue and sometimes aqua or orange, it looks especially pretty when the lights are low and I want to relax.

This little mister is really easy to use and it doesn't leave my room watery and soggy, I use it pretty much very day and I wish I could have found out about it sooner, because I totally adore this. This was something I purchased after reading Rebecca Johnson's review of it and she is spot on about the wonderful qualities this products has. This is my favorite way to experience aromatherapy for it makes my whole room fresh and well scented with natural oils that have healing and soothing properties that I can change at any time I wish.

I don't suggest using tap water for this mister, for this really does dispense the minerals into the air, I prefer filtered or distilled water and only a small amount is needed at all times. Tap water can be heavy in organisms and minerals that will collect sediment on the inner parts of the mister and I don't want to ruin it or make myself sick, so I stick to bottled water instead. It's very easy to get one bottle and keep it near, really no hassle at all and obviously cheap.

Misters and humidifiers are used to relieve the physical discomforts of dry nose, throat, lips, and parched skin. I find that the moisture add to dry air also helps with the dry winter air and heating and also combat static electricity, peeling wallpaper, and cracks in paint and furniture. Caution however that excess moisture can speed up the growth of various biological organisms in the home such as dust mites and mold. This little mister is not a threat to my health, but I wanted to point out that too much water moisture is not good, but to achieve that one would have to use a very powerful machine constantly.

Imaginative spa party ideas are cropping up every where. Everything from wedding groups, a girls night out to book clubs, corporations and teenagers are excuses to enjoy spa party events.

Plan a spa part
A spa party is an innovative way to celebrate any occasion while getting spa treatments with your friends. The perfect planning of spa party enhances the enjoyment of the host as well as guests. So firstly decide a location to host the party as it can be arranged in the house or a salon. Now a days various salons offer special packages for spa parties. Now after finalizing the party location send the invitations to the friends and crosscheck that how many are attending the spa party. After that decide about the spa treatments you want for the party. And set the scene that reflects a spa-like atmosphere by using light aromatic candles, dim lights and set up a waterscape along with soothing music in the background. This will provide calm ambiance to the guests and they will also enjoy in it.

With the arrangement of pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room the guests can sit back and relax before and after the spa appointments. You can also offer wine and herbal tea to the guests while they are waiting for their appointments. The host can engage the guests in other activities like designing body glitter and giving each other pedicures and manicures. After the spa activities they all can play some traditional games also.

Spa party ideas
A spa party idea for the mom to be is a great gesture. The soon to be mom won't have a lot of time to spoil herself after the birth of her baby, so now is the perfect time to indulge. Little luxuries like bath accessories, nourishing body treatments and healthy spa food will be enjoyed by all. How about a chocolate lovers retreat? A chocolate theme for a spa party is a unique idea. Whether held at a luxury spa or hosted at home, this party will be memorable. Serve chocolates and chocolate covered strawberries, have chocolate scented candles and invitations. Indulge in thick fluffy towels, luxurious lotions and mini-pedicures. Your guest will think you're the chocolates best.

At home spa parties are popular with every type of party. From bridal showers to sweet sixteen parties, women every where love to be pampered. When hosting a home spa party you have many options to lavish your guests with the little luxuries found at day spas. There are countless recipes for spa treatments. Provide scented candles, fresh flowers and soothing music. Hire a professional massage therapist. Do facials and manicures for each other and provide refreshments of chilled beverages for each guest. Bridal showers are perfect spa party ideas. Instead of the usual tea, cake and games at someone's home, the spa shower has gained in popularity. The invitations should relate to the spa themed. Let your guests know what to expect. This theme works well for a day spa or a spa at home party. The bride-to-be will certainly enjoy a little pamper before her big day. Whatever occasion you are celebrating, the spa party ideas are unlimited.
